I just compiled without ipv6 support
And telnet works

This sounds like a issue inside the IPv6 code.

To use the third bot on the IPv4 netowkr, you may have to install a second, non-IPv6 compiled bot in a seperate directory.

Yes, i did
I kept the same .conf file from the 1.6.12 and use it with the 1.6.15
When i launch the eggdrop, it tells me it listens on telnet (users)

On the eggdrop using an IPv4 network, if i jump it on an IPv6 one, telnet works...
I don't understand why it doesn't with the IPv4 irc network

also check your protect-telnet setting

Please do re-check if you have the right ip and port of the eggdrop. Get from the .conf file for the ip from my-ip and the port from listen a port all or something, then try again.

Hi all

Actually, i'm running three eggdrops, two of them are on an IPv6 IRC Server, i can telnet them, no problem

But the last one, is on an IPv4 IRC Server, and i can't telnet this one, the connection is refused, and i check the conf, the eggdrop is listenning... On the 1.6.12 it was working, why not on the 1.6.15 ?

Anyone can help me ?
