Use foreach and isvoice to see if the person is voiced or not. It's up to you to figure out what and where due of the *usage* of this script..

I would like to have a script where bot sends message to all people that does not have +v (regular). And it would nice when I would choose somehow people who will not reacive the message, even she/it does not have voice
