klipircnews help

hey, i was just wondering if anyone has been successful with setting up klipircnews. the writer was french with poor english skills so the comments are hard to understand, and the documentation is fairly non exist (not trying to harsh on the guy, but it doesn't help english speaking people much). the program itself sounds amazing, but i don't even know where to start when it comes up setting it up and configuring it correctly. so if anyone can spare some advice, i'll be sure to put it to good use.
