How to make the putallbots command send a message to all the bots that are connected, not just to the hub bot.

HubBot
|--LeafBotA
`--LeafBotB

My problem is that when I use the command putallbots on LeafBotB,
only the HubBot receives the command.
I want LeafBotA to receive it as well.

If I use .whois both LeafBotA and LeafBotB see each other.
What can be wrong and why isn't LeafBotA getting the command sent by LeafBotB.
