there is an fserve tcl in the TCL archive, and it works fine (except mirc resume doesnt work)

I'm trying to develop a knowledge base with an fserve-like interface and I'm running into problems when trying to make the bot initiate a dcc chat with a user upon public trigger (using set idx [connect). I've been hunting for a tcl or faq that provides some working and usable examples but without luck so far. If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be much indebted.
