I'm looking for one script that can add comments (or something esle) to users. For example: some +n or +m adds new user. And script automatically adds to this user fields or some comments with info: who add this user (date/time and so on) and if someone chage flags on this user, script also adds comment about this changes.

Ppl ! if someone have such script or saw anywehere, please let me know.
