well try to -host *!*@vhost from each user, then +host nick!*@vhost instead so the bot won't consider u all the same person.

why don't you include the nick in each user's hostmask?

e.g. .+host stdragon stdragon!user@host.com

That way it keeps each user separately.

yer, only thing i can find on there is about getting the bot q authed, hope someone can help really been bugging me trying to find a sollution for ages, searched everywhere.

I have searched the whole forum for the Q auth thing but cant find anyone who has done a tcl script.

you could make a script which requires the users to login with a username and password. I don't say it'll be very secure, but it might be a way.
If you want to get the qauth then you will have to send a whois or command to Q and catch the response.. search this forum for answer of how to do it... I think there was a post about it a short while ago

Hi I have a problem with my eggdrop, we are a clan on quakenet and all my user are on a bnc with the same vhost and ident, and we are using warmanger, the problem is that the bot thinks we are all the same person because of the vhost, is there anyway to get around this, i was thinking if i could find a script to lookup members q auth on the private channel and reconise them in this way, please help me.
