For some reason it doesn't want to give ops to ppl who i add.
It gives voice to the ppl who i want to have voice and it also ops me as owner.

But if i add someone to the userlist and give them the op flag the bot doesn't op the person. I tried everything thats on this website. Adding them with handle,hostmask and let them register themselfs.

anyone knows what could be the problem ?
