Services Get Placed On Ignore

I run a simple Nickserv/Chanserv identify/op tcl. The problem I have is that before I can manage to get the bot to identify to services, it places services on ignore:

[23:54] [23:54] -NOTICE- *** Looking up your hostname...
[23:54] [23:54] -NOTICE- *** Checking Ident
[23:54] [23:54] -NOTICE- *** Found your hostname
[23:54] [23:54] -NOTICE- *** Got Ident response
[23:54] [23:54] Flood from @services.null! Placing on ignore!

Subsequently I can not get the Bot to identify or op in a channel.

Am I being a complete doofus and missing something here??
