I don't know if alot of shellproviders let you run IRCd, but I know one of my shellproviders do.
They aren't the cheapest out there but they do have good uptimes, so I guess you could check their site out atleast. www.kirenet.com

hmmm... I got question realy important to me so please help me best way you can.I'm not very good at this stuff,but how i can now if i will chose right shell provider.I mean there is so much of them and i have some problems chosing right one.I'm thinking about http://skanshells.com/ .Is this one the right one.Oh,i'm planing to buy IRCD shell,afcourse for running IRC server,if this is important.Help me please.
