how to ftp to other web hosting

Can any1 help me , i use a vote tcl scripts b4 , the scripts will auto send the vote result to my shell eggdrop public_html , but now my shell enable the publist html so i need to use other web hosting to put the vote result , my question , can i set the scripts to ftp the rersult to other web hosting public_html with userid and password ? the scripts command b4 was
set htmlopvote_setting(page) "/usr/home/user/public_html/voteresults.html"
can i change this to ftp the result to other web hosting ?
