Hi there, Iit been 2 weeks i am having this error and no one could help<br>till now on any irc network.....<br>I am trying to run eggdrop 1.6.15 on my machine that i am using right now (linux red hat 8.0) i have tcl ver 8.3<br>i can telnet normally to the eggdrop, and it connects to the server,<br>it says: found ur hostname got ident response, and finally it disconnects<br>and ends up with this error:"Error From Server-(closing link 0.0.0.0) (ping time out)"<br>i have tried all the dalnet servers, all came up with same error.<br>its very weird since i can connect normally to any server with an irc client<br>so i dont think the error is cuz of my connection....<br>Note that i am behind a NAT firewall , but i have well configurated the eggdrop or it woudnt connect at all....<br>If any1 can help i'll be very thankfull, cuz really i am desparated...NoOne<br>could solve my problem till now .... <img class="smilies" src="https://forum.eggheads.org/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":(" title="Sad"><p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://forum.eggheads.org/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=3287">inferno</a> — Fri Jun 06, 2003 4:06 am</p><hr />
