Contrab on shell wont work ! while its supported

i tried it but same error
i guess its something on the shell then
gonna see what the admin says
it should work but for some reason it doesnt

try using this command in the eggdrop directory;

./scripts/autobotchk YOURCONFHERE -noemail -60

if the error persist, contact the shell admin.
Since it is a permission error, it looks like the admin has dissabled crontab, possibly for a short period.

my shell supports contrab

but still i cant get it to work i even checked the guide on the site

i keep getting this error

Scanning crontab entries ... error: unable to get crontab listing

couldn't execute "crontab": permission denied

anybody has an idea what this is
