I have some users in a channel, that do not understand that +bitch mode means they CANNOT Op anyone. Yet, they still do it repeatedly, and all the bots spam the channel with deopping the user the Op gave ops to.

Is there a script that will kick the Op who op's a user not on the bot, with the text 'dumbass'? I've had no luck with revenge mode, and removing the +f flag.

Any help appreciated, thanks.
