You should ask your friend, as I have yet to see this done.

Tcl is heavily intergrated into the core of eggdrop, as such, PHP would have to be to, which would involve a lot of work.

It may be that he/she has used a external PHP script, and used the output to base Tcl actions.

Or even used PHP on a webpage to interface with eggdrop via a telnet connection.

Seriously though, contact your friend, as it sounds like he/she is the only one that knows.

I just wonder how and if its possible to use php for an eggdrop instead of tcl, My friend has use it once. but how does it works?
