I haven't used mandrake for ages anymore, but I suppose it comes with an eggdrop rpm as most distributions do. You might install this eggdrop than but it is probably an older version than. <br>I suggest you spent a little bit time and read setting up a eggdrop and using a eggdrop on this website.
