Try checking the set owner "nick".
I'm actually not sure if this matters, but it would make sense that only the set owner may msg the bot 'hello' for the first time.

Also, worth mentionning is that, maybe you have changed the bind from 'hello' to your own set word. *1% chance of this.*

In the .conf file see the set learn-users.

bu it doesnt answer ..
i think there is a problem in Configuration file ..

If you would of read the instructions, you would of known to type

./msg bot HELLO

Also, if you know your bots IP number, and the PORT number, you may use TELNET to connect to the ip and port, and enter NEW as your handle.
From there, it will ask you for your handle of choice and a password.

hi everybody ..
i am begganer in this way ..
so
i install an eggdrop ..
complete the install ..
and i detect it ..
it connected to Mirc dalnet ..
but the problem is ..
i sied Heloo more than ten times ..
but It Doesnt Answer me ..
can u help me !?
