I sugest looking for a pattern (when a connection is supposed to be made in, a connection made out).

Once you have found one, or failed to find one.

Post the bug report form (located in the doc directory) to the address provided on the form. You may find this get a better reaction.

You may want to note of the form, that you would like a reply if this is a known issue, or a system issue.

anyone know how to fix this msg keep appearing in my dcc chat with the bot for no reason.

i read something abt net.c but its all too vague

apparently this has something to do with the OS/machine having the same problem with 1.6.13
