It was removed from the dmoz.org project around 2 months ago, after remaining inactive for abotu 3 month previous.

There are many scripts like this, and I sugest searching the Tcl acrhive on egghelp.org and/or bseen.eggheads.org . Search script like "public" and "trigger" should find a few.
