Help needed

Ive said this in my last post, but im looking for a coder who can help with the development of ClanBots modules, and other modifications. Someone who is already experienced in C and TCL is needed. Basically we're converting the userfiles and chanfiles to mysql completely and other stuff. Not sure how exactly to set it up, but we will have a meeting with other people.
