Can you dcc chat others (not them dcc chat you, you dcc them)?

when i do /ctcp BOT CHAT
And then accept te chat, after a while it says "Unable to connect"
and on telnet i get upp the first line, but nothing so I can login. :evil:

need help, I have installed over and over 3 times..
