That is a large sized project, that is likely not to draw the attention of many people here into creating it.

Starters would be to look into learning Tcl, with eggdrop in mind.

You can then look into compiling and learning to use one of the many SQL packages for Tcl. This would include the new sql.mod

It is then up to you into designing a site and creating any PHP (or choice CGI language (even Tcl)), and intergrating anty created database.

This is way beyond the scope of the forum, but it is a project I have been working on for the past year.

What you need to do, would depend on what your want to do!

If you can be a bit more discriptive in what you are having trouble with or what you want to do, we will give you pointers, hint or tips, but without which, the topic is so broad I wouldn't want to touch it/.

I use an egdrop and windop.tcl if you hear about it .. is an tcl who make from your bot an Channel Service like X from undernet and i use it as an X for my IRC Network. All is good but now i want to create an Web Interface who will work with my bot as CService Web Page. Where user can create new username, channel, and all undernet ...
Somebody can help me and explain me what i need to do?!
