bind pub <flags> <command> <proc>
it's the <flag> setting you need to look at
also do a .help whois on your bot

bind pub oB|oB [string trim $z(cmdchar)]ban pub_z_ban
did work, i write !ban <nick> nothing happend

bind pub - [string trim $z(cmdchar)]ban pub_z_ban
thats work but every in the channel can write !ban <nick> and ban idlers

what is wrong?
