Do a .match +d and remove the +d flag from the users that have it using '.chattr'. Also see if they have a ban on that channel.

sorry about not having much info lol. that was my first post here. i did the .chanset #chan -bitch
and -revenge
and -revengebot

and then i deleted all the users on it, the bots that i own. and re-added and rehashed. but it still kicks and deops each other ?

a bit more info would be good, like the protection settings in the chan, the output in the chanel and on the partyline.

If a bot get deoped by the other when it rejoin after a netsplit and get opped by chanserv, check the nethack settings.
