(for middle-european-chans only, dunno, if its listed in the archive)

I'd nominate:

unloadtcl.tcl -> The best, in use since the time I've started with eggdrops.
gseen.mod -> Not a TCL script, but _the_ best seen thingie.
netbots -> Even though its excluded, these isnt any other best botnet script anyways.

If I have anymore nominations, I'll add up.

Why dont you just add 'rating' in your archive?

Or simply, most downloded or some [censored] like that...

I nominate rrdstats. Its the best i've seen.

First, I was kidding with the hall of lame. Second, I think gseen module is kick ass for a seen thing.
I also like the Unloadtcl by Wingman or Allscripts by Papillon to load and unload tcl's via party line and other stuff. Trivia by Souperman for trivia, doh!

the stats arent saved after a bot restart..

but atm this is the only bug i remember, other stuff was just little insecure default binds (!topic was an pub -|-" bind, etc)

if you edited the binds it worked perfekt all the time

due to many little bugs it's one of the (in kiddie networks, sure) most used scripts and got some really nice features...the completest overall script i found (but i dont use it atm)
