is there any way that i can make the bot initiate chat with me ?

Because , i have firewall and cant initiate chat with no one :(

I already try this /ctcp <bot name> CHAT, but I receive this message: [21:31] [netvisao1.ptnet.org ERRMSG reply]: CTCP SYNTAX: Invalid COMMAND '§CHAT§' denied
