Dumps the text to your current console channel (or other specified channel), as if the bot said it.
Examples

but can you login via telnet or by a chat in an irc room

and have everything u say to the bot, said by the bot in the whole channel???

for example, /msg <bot nick> a message

which will make the bot say 'a message' to everyone in the room?
