I know ppl have asked this before LOL and I know I set everything properly as I have done this a few times.. <img class="smilies" src="https://forum.eggheads.org/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title="Smile"><br><br>The problem is as follows and this happens only with some shell providers and on a few others it never happens. <img class="smilies" src="https://forum.eggheads.org/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" title="Smile"><br><br>The bot will accept a telnet connection...ie /ctcp Bot chat and it will send the dialogue etc but it wont connect...No bad password or bad username its set correctly I just wont make the connection..Connection timed out..This is using putty also..and dcc chat also does the same thing..<br><br>My freind also runs a small offer bot and this happens to him once in a while also.and when it does happen the bot will not send files either.Connection failed.I cant remember off ahnd what shell provider hes using...<br><br>ANy ideas ??<br><br>Clipped<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="https://forum.eggheads.org/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=2582">Clipped</a> — Sat Mar 08, 2003 6:53 pm</p><hr />
