Have you search for the script in the TCL archive? Try are few search strings like mass; kick; mass kick etc.

Alternatively, you can try http://www.eggheads.org and search for the script.

I'm sure there would be such script that match your request.

I am looking for someone who could make a mass kick tcl. I am useless with tcl so i don't know what to do. I want to use it for locking down a channel and so it will only boot out all non-ops. ie. voices and others, but not ops. is it possible that anyone wants to give a hand. I would prefer if the kicks were spread evenly over the net to reduce lagging, Such as somethinglike .netkick #channel etc.. but beggars can't be choosers. Anyone want to give me a hand? /me asks nicely
