look, ppslim, i'm doing this in LYNX and all of good will, it does no harm if i post at least that much, if he doesn't udnerstand it then okay, three seconds of his time lost... but maybe he will.

step by step indeed nsignific. You have to remember, not every1 is at your level of expertise with eggdrop, every1 has to start somwhere, and the better help they get (like step by step in stuctions, not a load mess I can't even read) the quicker they learn.

Remember, you where once a newbie too, and don't forget it.

umm i've never done this but... just share the userfile and set the botattr for the bot whos sending your botnet the userfile to the flags needed... i'd use .botattr +p #test on your botnet's hub and botattr +s #test on the other... nad of course you need at least master priviliges on both....

You will require flags +t and +m to do this.

The differnace between normal sharing and this type of sharing, is that you don't share globaly (IE, you don't give bots the +g botattr flag). You just give each bot the +s channel flag, for channel that is shared, and set the channel +shared.

botnet A (im a user),
botnet B (im the owner),
#test

i want to share a userfile from botnet A on #test to botnet B. i would like botnet B to be able to retain its own userfile, but add users and channel info for the single channel it is getting from botnet A.

i dont know if this is possible... but i have been told it is if i get +m on botnet A.
