Help with another kind of statistic Tcl

Hi. I need a tcl that generates statistics about the frequency of the channel operators, like last time seen, time spent in the channel / week ... With number of kicks and modes changed. I think that using the users file is better.
I already use mircstats to generate statistics of channel users. I need one now for operators, without counting words said etc...
Anyone can help me with this?? plz???
