Redhat 8 installs by default, without any developer packages.<br><br>I am not sure yet, if there is a way to -re-run the nistaller, just to install these.<br><br>When installing 8, you have to make sure, the application/software development kit is in, and compiler. Im new to setting up an eggbot and i was trying to run the config files with ./congfigure like the install instructions say and i get this.<br>[chris@linux eggdrop1.6.13]$ ./configure<br><br>This is Eggdrop's GNU configure script.<br>It's going to run a bunch of strange tests to hopefully<br>make your compile work without much twiddling.<br><br>checking for gcc... no<br>checking for cc... no<br>checking for cc... no<br>checking for cl... no<br>configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH<br>Can anyone help me please im running redhat 8.0 with eggdrop 1.6.13<p>Statistics: Posted by Guest — Sun Jan 05, 2003 7:17 am</p><hr />
