You can simply install a Tcl, by entering the command to load it in the config file, then rehash the bot (see .help rehash).

This will reread the config file, and load in the new script.

For unloading script, it's not quite so easy. If it come with a un-install script, it simple. Script that don't have these, will remain in memory, untilt he memory is clearned, eithr via a .restart, or a .dia and start fromt he shell.
