If you already have 100 users banned from your channel, they I would think that it is time to start nuking a lot of bans because whoever you are banning are either long gone after giving up trying to join your channel or have already been k-lined from the server by an IRCOP for causing problems with other users and channels.

You know. It only figures it was a simple thing like that. =) I didn't look at that because I thought that I already made it a max of 100 bans =/

Is your ban list full. IRC servers have a maximum size that the ban list can be, too prevent channel data seating too much memory.

Alternativly, check your net-type setting in the config file, as eggdrop maintains it's won maximum ban list, to save sending bans too full lists. Thus, eggdrop may thinks it's, when infact it isn't

Well, I've got a weird problem where the bot won't ban no matter what. It'll only kick(and get rather spammy while it's doing that) but will -NOT- ban. even if I do +ban MASK in the DCC window. =/ Any idea what the cause is? Sorry for yet another "do it for me as I'm too lazy to fix it myself" message. I have tried troubleshooting it short of redoing my bot.conf file. Also, I have tried toggling scripts. Commenting some out(or all) and completely restarting the bot. (.die) and it still won't work. I didn't make any changes to the bot when it decided to stop banning. It just did it one day. =/
