help for ctcp command + auto exec @ a time !

for ctcp all is good, i find what were bad
ppl do /ctcp stats-irc stats and not /ctcp #xxxxxx stats
:/

Now it's for the "bind on time"

for op use, [isop $nick $chan]

Your bot is a eggdrop or a windrop ?

Me nominates KiKi for the most impatient user award. This is as bad as the people on IRC, that come running for help, ask a question when you happen to be using the toilet, then run out the room 20 seconds later, because there was no reply.

i'm very very bad in tcl (i never use it and i will never use it :d)
it's for a friend and stats-irc !

i need 2 command
1: when a man type : /ctcp [nick of the eggdrop] stats
the eggdrop launch a proc who see if the nick is good and op on the channel ! if it's ok exec a file !
all for the 1st

2:at 20h 22h et 12h launch a lot of exec file !

I know i ask a lot but tcl and me .....i try since a long time to put it but doesn't work ....
i arrive for ctcp but he don't wanna get the channel and for the time doesn't work !
if someone will show me an example for this 2 commands, i wil love him
