I'll assume you're referring to the sentinel.tcl component. The script does not have that functionality. Given the number of bans that can be set during a large flood, things could get quite messy of all the bans were set, removed after 2 mins, then set again. The +mi sort of acts as a temporary ban anyway.

Set a temporary ban for like 2 minutes then if they flood the channel again they get banned for a few hours?
