Eggdrop wont create the chan or user files

Problem with file permissions and disc quotas are usually the source of such errors. However, i guess in your case it is incorect pathname. Try droping / infront of /logs/Scotbot.chan and make it logs/Scotbot.chan. Same applies for all other pathname sattings in config file.

can anyone help.. everytime i run the eggdrop it says cannot create
[05:06] Creating channel file
[05:06] Couldn't create channel file: /logs/Scotbot.chan. Dropping
can anyone help me???
