Ok it seems to happen to me when I restart my system and not the bot,

Are you able to send MSG commands "/msg op "?
* No

/msg ident
* Doesn't work

Anyways the bot is ignoring me.

I will talk with the provider.

Someone told me that it could be that my identd didn't have the +p because it was broken..

I didn't know how to correct that so, I killed the bot, deleted the pid and users files, restarted the conf and ever thing works great now.

If this ever happens again I will keep the above info for reference,

Because DCC chat does not work, this does not mean the shell is lagged.

Some things to check.

Are you able to send MSG commands "/msg op "?

If yes:
Check the value of my-ip in the config file. The shell provider may have changed some settings and/or provider (yes the v-host may be the same, but the IP may have changed).

If no:
Check that the bot has a decient hsotmaks for you. IE "/msg ident "

Does "/ctcp chat" work?

If yes:
Again, check the value of my-ip. Check with the shell provider if need be.
It could be a firewall issue. Check with the provider, as they may now be employing active blocking on most connections to prevent exploits remaining open.

Seems the shell is lagged because DCC Chat hasn't responded acknowledgement for a few days now.

Anyway to OP a user in SSH ?
