Also check what global flags were refused/allowed for that bot's userfile sharing. By default, +p is not rejected.
Statistics: Posted by darko`` — Sun Sep 08, 2002 6:39 pm

Re-check your config file, searching for the require-p setting.
Statistics: Posted by ppslim — Thu Sep 05, 2002 4:44 am

Hiya all,

Today I found on partyline a registered user who did not have access
to the partyline, on an eggdrop 1.6.12. After some testing, it looks like
(even for eggdrops sharing the user file system) that a user without
partyline access cannot access eggies equal or prior 1.6.10, but the
same user does have access (let me stress, with the same flags, and
in particular without the +p flag!) to any eggdrop in my botnet which is 1.6.12.
Has anybody experienced the same problem? I do not think it is a problem with my .conf or a .user files: the same .conf and .user files, on an 1.6.10 egg, negate partyline access.

dun_dacil
Statistics: Posted by dun_dacil — Wed Sep 04, 2002 3:43 pm
