Move to a shell provider that has a decent reputation and isnt k-lined on "all servers".

(Must've been going some to get k-lined on "all servers")

I suspect you are using a free shell or possibly your own box. Either way, you only have two options.

1. Change Provider

2. Talk to the server admins and shell admins about "negotiating" a lifting of the k-line. (Dont hold your breath though)
