I believe you can simply change the flags in the command bindings at the bottom of the scripts. You will need to disable nb_owner, however, as that would interfere.

example...a flag o could access the .netsay or the .mass voice commands but only a +m could do a .mass op or a .netmass deop.
I would much like the mass commands to be flag dependent. The net commands could use a better flag option set but thats just gravy for an already killer netbots tcl!!!
Do you understand what I am asking for?..or maby its already possible and i am just 2 crazy to see it!
