Thx to my new, helpfull norwegian friend papillon, my bot is back online, thx alot for all that contributed to the thread, i really appreciate it, should i need ne more help , i know where to go!! :O)

If they are able to set a password, then they are being recgnised by the bot.

This sounds more like an issue with your setup.

Are you behind a firewall or router.

Have you set the correct value of my-ip in the config file.

see if it has their host name/mask right... if you have quiet errors on turn it off and watch what it sys when they try to connect...

Hello, i chanegd the new user word to something besides hello, well when a user /msg bot word they become new user but with no flags, well i use .chattr nick channel +m , ok so they become master, they then /msg bot pass well the bot says its set, then i tell them to dcc chat it, but the bot doens ask for a password, and they get a waiting for acknowledgemnt, can anyone tell why it wont connect,

Also will someoen help me make a script, ill pm a script i wrote for an irc client, and i just want the bot to use it, it has basic on *:text , on *:join , u know that simple stuff, thx guys
