Hello,
as you may have noticed that we have been having considerable downtime from about mid-day on the 18th august gmt, this is due to our system currently experienceing technical difficulties, we are no longer able to offer shell accounts on our systems due to people abusing and misusing them, resulting in global problems. We are conducting investigations into all users, and those which are deamed ok, will hopefully be forwarded to another company. Please dont ask for refunds at this stage.
