can't write users file

when i have a shell that the disk space is full, i get cant write userfile when i try to save, but it doesn't crash them. i guess you could still see if thats the problem, no disk space left.

I set my users file properly in my config, but when I try to rehash, it crashes and says it can't write the users file, doesn't say anything real specific, I chmodded the file to 777, but still no go
