Does anyone know of a tcl that I can use that allows sending messages to people who are not online and have it delivered to them when the join the partyline?
What I'm looking for is some kind of inbox or messaging service - I did a test using .msg but unless there's some switch to make it do that (I tried .help msg in the partyline, but it just wasn't helpful at all). I'm not a coder either, or I would get to work on making one.

Btw, the bot is in Quakenet, which don't use memoserv, I asked about that.
