It actually manages some units from ISO and imperial systems, but some can be added, you're welcome to contribute.
The management of units is done with a json file (look at https://gitlab.com/tcl-scripts/tcl-util ... units.json) and the documentation is at https://gitlab.com/tcl-scripts/tcl-util ... reunits.md
