Try telnet'ing to the bot's port on the server. If you can not telnet to it, then try changing the port. You might be trying to use a port someone else is, or one the server's admin is using for something.
Statistics: Posted by tainted — Thu Jul 04, 2002 3:54 pm

Hi,

I run two eggs, both with simple.conf variations. When I ran the second one I can't chat it. They are running on separate servers. Once chat's fine with /dcc chat, the other stalls with /dcc chat so I tried /ctcp bot chat and it sends request, but then says DCC Session established with ? and stalls. Any ideas?

Thanks!
Statistics: Posted by Guest — Thu Jul 04, 2002 10:46 am
