Hello,

I'm looking for a smart auto voice script for +m IRC channels.

When new users join, they are given +v.

If a voiced user is -v'd by a channel operator, the user@host is recorded on a list.

The bot checks this list when users join and does not give out +v again to that user.

If the user is manually given +v by a channel operator, the user@host is removed from the list.
