In the linked code you have to set +moderate on the channels you want to be locked/unlocked at given times.

Hello to the community , i'm new to this sector , tcl scripting & irc protocol.I just want the bot to executes the command +R for certains channels at 00:00 , and -R at 06:00 for same channels.I want the bot execute the command everyday.How can i do this?
