The nickserv identification works well but I do not understand how the INVITE and UNBAN work. Can anyone explain it? :)

I restarted the bot. During restarting I set +i mode to my channel. I thought the script will invite my bot to the channel via chanserv but nothing happened.

My bot is SOP on my network (&).
